Object this bachelor's thesis is accomplished recherché vertical milling machines and make description and classification vertical milling machines today’s production. Beginning of this bachelor's thesis is devoted common description of milling, milling machines and basic distribution vertical milling machines. Next part of thesis is devoted basic parts of vertical milling machines and their description. In final part of recherché is introduced comparison of today’s production of vertical milling machines from Czech and from external producers milling machines. End of this bachelor's thesis includes estimation of extract information.

This bachelor's thesis deals with solving design of milling machine spindle. At first, the background research in milling machines and their spindles is processed. Here is adduced distribution of machines, basic description and examples from current manufacturers. In this part, there are described types of spindles and their basic parts. Second part of thesis is focused on technical calculations and design of the spindle based on defined parameters. An attachment includes assembly drawing, three main parts drawings and 3D model of spindle.

The first section also contains an overview of producers of machine-tools and their milling machines. The second part is focused on the design of the spindle according to selected parameters, including the necessary calculations. The subject of this bachelor paper is a simplified construction of a milling cutter machine. The first part is the background research of the milling cutter machine. On the basis of this research the sphere of using of the designed machine and its basic parameters are determined. Afterwards the basic calculations are made and the drives of the machine are designed. A simplified 3D model created in the program Autodesk Inventor 2010, a design of the group and a piece list of the designed machine are the part of this paper.

The Master's thesis deals with online vibration diagnostics of a milling center. It contains a methodology to determine the vibration operating limits and to detect machine of condition monitoring. The thesis also contains a general description of maintenance and technical diagnostics with a focus on vibrodiagnostics. The main part of the thesis is to solve the problem of determining the operating limits of spindle vibration depending on the production program. The essence of the solution is to determine vibration limits for individual milling tools.
